Aims and scope of the Journal

    

    The Pan-American Journal of Aquatic Sciences' aim is to be a fast and free of charge media for publication of original scientific articles in the Aquatic Sciences field, such as Biology and Ecology of aquatic organisms, Biodiversity, Biological-, Physical-, Chemical- and Geological Oceanography, Limnology, Coastal Management, Fisheries Biology, Aquatic Ecosystem, Management, Aquaculture and related areas.


From 2014 on, our Journal will be accepting articles only from the Americas, and no more from other continents, unless manuscripts dealing with species related to the ones that inhabit our continent, and with a discussion explicitly comparing the biology or ecology of them.
